Designed by Multi Span Australia, the proposal seeks a vehicle dealership for the sale and servicing of Mazda cars with ancillary vehicle autobody repair workshops. The proposal has a maximum building height of 2 stories (8.5m in height), fronting Redland Bay Road.

A 2m wide landscape strip provided along Redland Bay Road frontage.
The planners at iPlan Town Planning state, “the proposed building is of a scale, form and intensity which is consistent with the surrounding area and provides a high level of amenity. The building is to be of a high quality contemporary finish, significantly articulated and constructed from a variety of materials and finishes. Appropriate landscape open space areas have been provided on-site which will soften the built form and make a positive contribution to the existing and future road streetscapes.”
