A development application has been recently approved for a 24 Hour Gym and Café, located at 26 Reddacliff Street, Newstead. This was a RiskSMART application.
The approval is for Centre Activities (Indoor Sport and Recreation & Ancillary Café) using an existing ground floor tenancy within the existing Energex building located within the Mixed Use (Inner City) zone, with no extension to the existing building, height or footprint and the physical elements of the building’s façade will remain unchanged.
The proposal will consist of the following additions:
– 24 hour accessibility (swipe card entry is installed on all doors)
– Café open to the public
– Internal fittings, with existing services, utilities, parking and accessibility
