A development application has been recently lodged for Reconfiguration of a Lot, located at 10 Earl Street, Albany Creek.

Designed by Norris Clarke & O’Brien, the proposal is for five (5) lots (ranging from 383sqm to 695sqm) and new road for shared access to Earl Street. The existing dwelling and buildings on the 3,139sqm subject site will be removed to facilitate this development. The site is the General Residential Zone (Next Generation Precinct) of the Moreton Bay Regional Council Planning Scheme.

According to the planners at Town Planning Alliance, “The lots provide for appropriate lengths and widths to accommodate future detached dwelling, with the proposed site layout able to facilitate the intended land use on the site, being detached dwelling houses. All servicing including refuse, car parking and vehicle access can be achieved on the proposed lots. The proposed areas for the lots allow for usable and practical private open space.”
