A development application has been lodged for Stockland Development, for Precinct 4 of the Pallara Residential Estate, located at 61 & 117 Burman Road, 201 & 269 Gooderham Road and 79 Brookbent Road, Pallara.

Precinct 4 of the Pallara Residential Estate

Designed by RPS, the proposal seeks a Reconfiguration of a Lot (1 lots into 3 lots) for the creation of a commercial lot (Lot 1000) to comprise the Pallara neighbourhood centre, drainage reserve, new road access and balance lot as part of Stage 10.

Lot 1000 – Pallara neighbourhood centre
Lot 993 – Drainage and green landscaped environment (see below)
Lot 824 – Future balance lot in four (4) different locations
– 1,415sqm – Future Development
– 7,365sqm – Landscape buffer
– 2.264 Ha – Future development applications for multiple dwellings – terrace style housing
– 1,230sqm – Sales Office (Brookbent and Gooderham Roads)

Access to the development will be from Gooderham Road with a new intersection on Brookbent Street to the south and a new proposed intersection with a 20m trunk road extension from the east.

Precinct 4 is 6.906ha in total of the overall 31.68ha subject site area
