A development application has been recently lodged for the Park Ridge Neighbourhood Centre, located on the corner of Park Ridge Road and Clarke Road in Park Ridge.

Designed by TRG the proposal is for a Mixed Use Retail Neighbourhood Centre over 3 stages, which includes Supermarket, Fast Food Restaurant and Commercial Building to the south accommodating shops, Health Care Service, Office, Food and Drink land uses. The proposal is within a Low medium density residential and Centre zones and proposes a subdivision to separate the residential and retail Neighbourhood Centre.
