Designed by Sparc Architects, the proposal seeks a five (5) storey office building (maximum building height 24.13m) that is proposed to be constructed with a mixture of brown and black bricks, together with draping vegetation from the front facade.
The unique industrial facade facing Commerical Road provides character, while the designed window openings provide ventilation. The existing commercial building will be removed to facilitate the proposed redevelopment.

developments within inner-city mixed-use areas. The proposed development has also been designed to incorporate dimensions and features that protect amenity, create visual interest and respect the Newstead identity and character expectations”.
A proposed seeks 1,351sqm of gross floor area, with 374.4sqm (80%) site cover of the overall 468sqm site area.
