Designed by Husband Architects, the proposal seeks thirty (35) medium density units within a residential building that has a maximum building height of 3 storeys (in height).

The proposal provides private open space in the form of balcony areas for each apartment and communal open space on the ground floor. The proposal provides 52 residential and 8 visitor car parking spaces with vehicle access via a shared driveway to Parthenia Road.
The planners at Tam Dang Planning state, “The proposed building has been designed to incorporate appropriate and relevant CPTED principles. Open space and openings from habitable rooms are positioned towards the frontages to provide casual surveillance. The pedestrian entry to the building is clearly defined with adequate lighting and fencing able to be incorporated”.
“The proposal will contribute to housing diversity with appropriately zoned land. The subject site does not adjoin any residential development or dwelling houses and as such, does not trigger a sensitive transition to lower density dwellings. At three storeys in height, the proposed building is setback well back from the Parthenia Street frontage”.
The proposal seeks 4,518sqm gross floor area, with 3,723sqm (26.2%) of site cover across the 14,220sqm development site.
