The planners at AAD Design state, “Given the proximity of the site to a variety of high-quality public and active travel infrastructure, the proposed development will utilise car sharing arrangements to encourage reduction in private car travel by improving the attractiveness of sustainable transport options.”.

The proposal seeks 1,596sqm of gross floor area (GFA), with 840sqm (52%) in site cover over the 1,780sqm development site.
