A development application has been lodged for a health care service (medical centre), service station, car wash, fast food and cafe, located at 266 – 274 Mount Crosby Road, Chuwar, Ipswich.

Designed by Verve Building Design Co the proposal seeks a service station, two (2) fast food outlets, cafe and car wash co-located over the site constructed within four single storey buildings (with a maximum of 6.7m in height).

The proposal will be completed over 2 stages proposed along the Mount Crosby Road frontage and within the residential low density zone. The five (5) existing single detached dwellings will be removed to facilitate the proposal, which will gain access from Mount Crosby Road.

The proposal is for 1,306sqm of GFA, with 17.9% site cover across the 1,810.58sqm site area of the 10,115sqm overall area.
