Maasra Apartments – New Onsite Sales Office & First Home Owners Grant

Brisbane, Coorparoo, Investment, Property

FacebooktwittermailFacebooktwittermail

MAASRA APARTMENTS DEVELOPER REVEALS NEW ONSITE SALES OFFICE AND EXTENDS $15,000 DEVELOPER GRANT FOR FIRST HOME OWNERS

Brisbane developer Karam Group announced it will extend the Developer Grant of $15,000 for first home buyers who purchase an eligible apartment off the plan at Maasra Apartments Coorparoo as the Group unveiled a new onsite sales office.

Karam Group’s $15,000 Developer Grant has been extended to March 31 in line with the $15,000 Home  Builder Grant to assist eligible first home buyers, who qualify for the $15,000 First Home Owners Grant, access up to $45,000 to buy a brand new apartment at Maasra in Coorparoo.

“This is a terrific opportunity for first-time buyers to get into the market, as saving this kind of money takes most people years,” Karam Group Director Anthony Karam said.

Prospective buyers are now able to visit a new onsite sales suite that has opened on the Maasra Apartments site at Coorparoo to see first-hand the quality of architectural finishes and interior styling of the upmarket residences.

The original onsite sales and display centre was demolished to make way for construction to start and now a new sales office in a different location on site has been constructed to give potential buyers the opportunity to experience what it will be like to live at Maasra.

“With construction now well and truly underway, we are delighted to open our new onsite sales office for our sales team to welcome new purchasers and show them the quality of Maasra Apartments,” Mr Karam said.

“Maasra is being constructed by leading builder Hindmarsh Australia’s Queensland team, and we are pleased to see the building is progressing well towards practical completion by the end of this year.”

Construction on the Maasra eight-level, 102 luxury apartment building began in September 2020, which qualifies the apartments for the Home  Builder Grant, available to eligible individuals and couples who intend to own and occupy an apartment they purchase off the plan.

TOTAL Property Group is assisting home buyers to navigate their way through the process of obtaining grants available to them for the purchase of their first home in Maasra Apartments, with the new sales office enabling the team to meet potential buyers onsite.

“The sales suite offers potential residents the opportunity to view the construction progress and inspect the quality of the interior fittings, kitchen and bathroom finishes planned for the apartments,” Mr Parsons said.

“Interest in Maasra is also being generated by a number of factors including the quality of the building and Coorparoo’s prime location, as well as record low interest rates and the government stimulus grants.

“Maasra is appealing to all kinds of home buyers, from interstate purchasers to local downsizers, and is especially attractive to first home buyers who can access the available grants and may also be eligible for a stamp duty exemption, which is further savings in the purchase of their first home.

“The Brisbane property market is currently in its prime, with the advantage of flexible working arrangements and Queensland’s desirable climate, affordability and lifestyle making it a very attractive place to live.”

The $102 million Maasra Apartments development embraces the site’s location in the highly sought-after suburb of Coorparoo in Brisbane’s city fringe, with one, two, three and four bedroom apartments ranging from $399,000 to $1.7 million.

Residents will have access to a range of lifestyle facilities, including a podium-level recreational area with a 25-metre pool with timber decking, sun beds and beautifully landscaped surrounds, a residents’ lounge, gymnasium and boutique retail on the ground floor with commercial office space on level one.

Only a limited number of city view apartments remain at Maasra Apartments, which is just 4km from Brisbane City, centrally located in Coorparoo on the corner of St Leonards Street and Holdsworth Street, with cafés, restaurants, cinemas and boutique shops within walking distance, as well as easy access to public transport facilities and road networks.

For sales information and to book an appointment at the sales suite, phone TOTAL Property Group on 1800 868 666 or visit www.omegabrisbane.com.au.
