Logan City Council has announced the final design plan for the new water park that will be installed adjacent to the existing playground, located at Wembley Road, Logan Gardens.
Preliminary works have begun that will set up the space for four (4) separate areas.
– Totem Forrest
– Bucket Tipping
– Pop Jet Plaza
– Toddler’s Table Top
The project will also provide shade, searing and lawn areas for multiple use. To site has existing barbecue and parking facilities available that will be further utilised.
Katie Barton-Harvey, director for Community Services at Logan City Council outlined that weather permitting, the water park was scheduled to be completed and operating by summer 2019. “fabulous family-friendly projects deliver on a Council commitment to build sustainable, value-for-money water play areas in Logan,” she said.
