The development application has been lodged for the ‘Driving Wheels Homestead RV & Camping Park’, located at 2-44 The Abbey Place,
Designed by Greenedge Design, the proposal seeks a family holiday resort that provides 173 short term accommodation sites, in the form of caravan, glamping, cabins and ensuite sites over the 10.52ha site.
A number of recreational facilities, existing natural features, open space, amenities and recreation facilities will be provide surrounded by retained vegetation and dams. The proposed new area of the resort will be connected to the existing facilities by pedestrian link pathways and internal roadway connections.

173 car park spaces proposed to be provided with vehicle access provided to a private road extending from The Abby Place rorad. Pedestrian access is retained within the Family Holiday Resort and throughout the overall site.
