A development application has been approved for a Subdivision, located Hanalie Street and Galley Way, Birkdale.

Designed by Wolter Consulting Group, the proposal seeks a Reconfiguration of a Lot (1 lot into 32 residential lots, new road, park and drainage lot).

Pedestrian and Vehicle access is provided via the existing street end on Hanalie Street and will be extended through the development. Pedestrian link will also be provided to the existing local park on Galley Way.

The proposal includes 32 new lots, drainage space and new roads on the 1.91ha subject site.
