A development application has been lodged for the Reconfiguration of a Lot (Stage 8) of the Ellendale Development area, located at 390 Ross Road, Upper Kedron.
Designed by Urbis, this proposal is for 30 residential lots, a new park, a drainage reserve and local roads in the southwest portion of the Ellendale Masterplan in Upper Kedron. Stage 8 involves the subdivision of part of Lot 3010 and part of Lot 814 to create residential ‘Large’ lots ranging from 2,201sqm to 7,422sqm in area. A drainage lot and new park are positioned along with the new road extensions from Stage 4C.
The planners at Urbis state, “the proposed lot layout is designed in accordance with the provisions of the Ferny Grove- Upper Kedron neighbourhood plan to provide a rand of low-density development, transitioning between urban and non-urban land use forms and maintaining ecological values”.
