A development application has been lodged for a Subdivision, located 42 Double Jump Road, Victoria Point.

Designed by Tract Consultants, the proposal seeks a Reconfiguration of a Lot for 308 Lots (9 lots into 296 lots, 3 balance lots, a local centre lot, local park lots, open space lots, drainage lots, pedestrian connection lot, multi-function spine lot, access easement and new roads) over 12 stages. The proposal will remove the inactive poultry farm to facilitate the redevelopment.



The proposed residential redevelopment extends along Double Jump Road and includes 9,849sqm local centre, 16,655sqm of local recreation park, 4.16ha balance lot (future redevelopment) and 11.614ha of linear open parkland. The proposal also include 2.714ha lot that will be for a multi-function spine that connects the local parks.

– Stage 2 provides 33 residential lots, new roads, multi-function space
– Stage 3 provides 35 residential lots and new road
– Stage 4 provides 26 residential lots and new road
– Stage 5 provides 33 residential lots, new roads, multi-function space
– Stage 6 provides 81 residential lots, new road, drainage and linear open parkland
– Stage 7 provides 1 local centre lot and new road connection
– Stage 8 provides 1 local park lot and new road
– Stage 9 provides 1 balance lot
– Stage 10 provides 2 balance lots, new road and linear open parkland
– Stage 11 provides 33 residential lots, new road, drainage and linear open parkland
– Stage 12 provides 1 residential lots and linear open parkland



The planners at Tract Consultants state, “the proposed reconfiguration contains all elements of the ecological corridor network. The development footprint does not impact on this network and ensures that connections between habitat areas are maintained and ecological function is not impacted. Further, the proposed development includes a multifunction spine that will provide ecological, recreation and stormwater benefits for the proposed development, contributing to the maintenance of scenic landscape values within the development footprint.

The proposal includes 308 new lots, new roads and open space on the 43.18ha subject site.
