Condev Construction has commenced construction on a development labelled ‘Minnippi Quarter’ that will offer 172 terrace houses, 20 land lots, communal space and amenities. The terrace homes developed by provide a range of housing size options, with a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom configurations.
Steve Marais, Managing Director of Condev Construction outlined that the commencing work on the development was a major win for the company as it expands its workbook in the state’s capital.
