Designed by Raunik Architects, the proposal seeks a two storey childcare centre over the site, with a maximum building height (under 9.5m high). The proposal seeks to protect the existing streetscape and amenity of the surrounding residential area. The proposal will demolish an existing dwelling house and structures to facilitate the redevelopment.

The proposed child care centre includes 22 car parking spaces (one (1) PWD) within an under croft car park area. All vehicle and pedestrian access is provided to Whites Road.
The planners at Property Projects Australia state, “the siting, orientation, position of adjoining handstand and vehicles access areas, and outbuildings ensure the proposed development will not adversely impact on access to sunlight for adjoining and surrounding properties as experienced in private open areas”.
“The built form will not result in overlooking or a loss of privacy, with dense landscaping planting providing screening elements and a design that is oriented away from residential dwellings and private open spaces areas to ensure privacy is maintained”.
The proposal includes 871sqm of gross floor area (GFA), with 945sqm (48.96%) of site cover over the 1,930sqm site.
