An ‘other change’ development application has been lodged for Childcare Centre and Redesigned Master Planned layout, located at 21 Braun Street, Deagon.

Designed by Mark Williams Architect, the proposal seeks a single storey childcare centre (stage 2) over the site, with an approximately maximum building height of less than 11.5m high and surrounded by a series of future community facilities as part of the overall master plan for the site.

The existing vacant land beside the existing community will facilitate the redevelopment. The proposal includes acoustic mitigation measures, landscaping screening and setbacks, to avoid any unreasonable adverse impacts.
