Designed by RealSpace Creative, the proposal seeks a subdivision to create a new lot for a proposed childcare centre and a lot that will be dedicated to the existing mosque.
The new single storey childcare centre has a maximum building height (less than 6m high). The site is surrounded by an existing residential area and in proximity to the north coast rail line.
