A development application has been lodged for a New Car Parking Area (part of Stage 2b) within the Springfield Central Shopping Centre, located at 130 Southern Cross Circuit, Springfield Central, Ipswich.
Designed by Thomson Adsett, the proposal seeks to extend the at grade car park to the south of the shopping centre building and in close proximity to the proposed Time Zone extension. To facilitate the upgrade, the proposal seeks to redevelop unused vacant land.
