The development application has been lodged for Multiple Dwellings, located at 60 Bridge Street, Wooloowin.
Designed by Rothelowman, the proposal seeks nineteen (19) Multiple Dwellings of a low-medium density and arranged in two (2) cluster rows of terrace houses, within the Residential (Terrace Home) Precinct of the Preliminary Approval over the site.
The proposed development seeks to also subdivide part of the site to provide 19 lots (one for each terrace house), common property, access easement and four balance lots.
The proposal includes three (3) terrace house styles with a maximum building height of 2 storeys. Each dwelling is provided with private open space (between 35.2sqm – 64.5sqm) in the form of courtyards that have been positioned outwards along the site boundaries or facing internally within the site.

The planners at RPS Group state, “The dwellings have been designed to ensure a high standard of materials and finish, and to incorporate variation and articulation in façade design between individual homes through the provision of varied dwelling types. Dwellings are provided in three types which vary in lot depths, frontage widths and garage widths. The intention is to create a cohesive internal streetscape through consistent setbacks to internal roads, while simultaneously providing architectural diversity through varied lot types, design elements, and articulation and recesses”.
The proposal is for 3,311.8sqm gross floor area, over the 4,940sqm site (Stage 4), within the 3.688ha subject site.
