The planners at Atomic Town Planning state, “The proposed building bulk and scale is appropriate for the area and reflects other development within the sub-precinct. The building form, spacing and orientation is well designed and sensitive to the city’s climate. Residents on the site, as well as residents of adjoining sites, will have suitable privacy and reasonable access to daylight, sunlight and breezes. The development will provide extensive and high quality private and communal open space area. Landscaping, including deep planting, will assist to soften the dominance of buildings”.

The proposal seeks 902sqm (55%) in site cover across the 1,620sqm development site.
