A development application has been lodged for a new master plan residential development, located at 1572-1578 Logan Road, 14 Broadwater Road and 14-16 Whitley Street, Mount Gravatt. 

Named ‘Salina Towers’ the new masterplan designed by Mullarch Architecture seeks seventy two (72) multiple dwellings of a medium density nature within four (4) residential towers.

The buildings are positioned towards the road frontages, with a maxiumum building height of 5 storeys (maximum building height of 18.5m). The two existing dwellings, commercial building and sheds will be removed to facilitate the redevelopment of the site.
