The proposed building includes a variety of residential rooms types has a maximum building height of 9 storeys. The proposal is within a District Centre Zone and will remove the existing single storey dwelling to facilitate the development.

The proposal is for 1,603sqm of GFA, with 405.5sqm (98.9%) of site cover over the 410sqm subject site.
