Designed by the proposal is for twelve (12) x 2 bedroom units of a medium density nature, with a maximum building height of 5 storey (20.79m in height), containing 14 car park spaces (including 12 resident space and 2 visitor spaces) within under croft car parking.
Each dwelling has been provided private open space, totalling 175.28sqm and 47.4sqm (8.65%) of communal open space. The units have a total GFA of 919.16sqm, though proposes a total site cover of 447.3sqm (73.7%), of the rectangular shaped 607sqm lot. The existing Dwelling House will be removed to facilitate the proposal.
