Designed by Pdt. Architects, the proposal is for a new Energex Office building located into the northern part of the overall site, with a maximum building height of 3 stories (12.4m). Two (2) existing office buildings are proposed to be demolished to facilitate this proposal.
The proposed development includes one level that provides 151 car park spaces, bicycle parking and lift/lobby. Vehicle and pedestrian access is provided to Barnsdale Place.
