Further, the proposed buildings will be primarily orientated towards the parking areas and refueling forecourt for screening and casual surveillance purposes. The proposed building locations, acoustic fencing and surrounding landscaping will ensure that amenity of the future neighbouring sensitive land use is not compromised.”
