The planners at Saunders Havill Group state, “Provide for the removal of the existing Intensive Animal Industry land use on the subject site, noting that this current use conflicts with the future intent of the land and is a significant impediment to the development of all surrounding land, due to reverse amenity buffer requirements of the planning scheme”.
“Provide for the necessary local open space requirements of both residents of the proposed development and that of the wider locality through the ultimate creation of a credible 1 hectare
LCC DSS local recreation park which will service over 1100 local residents”. “Create a range of lot sizes to encourage housing product diversity within the Logan Reserve”.
