A development application has been lodged for multiple dwellings and shopping centre extensions, located at 74 Charlotte Street and 89 Bay Terrace, Wynnum.

Designed by Ivory Collective, the proposal seeks two hundred and seventy five (275) high density residential units within a residential building that has a maximum building height of 26 storeys (105m in total height). Cmmercial office space, food and beverage tenancies will be provided within the ground floor and podium levels. The podium will provide for an extension of the adjoining shopping complex (including car parking) and provide a recreation area for the residents on level 5 (Podium Top).

The proposal seeks 35,297sqm of gross floor area, with 6,603sqm (90%) in site cover across the 7,278sqm development site.
