102 Lot Subdivision – Warner Road, Warner
A development application has been lodged for Reconfiguration of a Lot, located at Warner Road, Warner.
Designed by Peak Urban, the proposal is for one hundred and two (102) residential lots, new roads and greenspace. The proposal will redevelop he southern portion of the vacant site along the Warner Road frontage and provide parkland and riparian reserve across the northern portion.
The proposal seeks to produce lots ranging from 325sqm to 727sqm in area within a subdivision layout consisting of small and medium lots that will be in proximity to an local parkland area.

– Stage 3: 58 residential lots, road and greenspace
– Stage 4: 44 residential lots, road and storm water basin;
The proposal includes a new loop road from Warner Road and provides dead end connections to the east of the site. A new pathway extension stub is also placed to the east near to road frontage to facilitate future connections.
The planners at Peak Urban state, “The variety of residential allotments proposed, continues the successful design philosophy of Ausbuild by ensuring a good choice of quality, affordable housing, promoting a compact urban form, maximising access to open space and recreation networks and ultimately ensuring a legible and permeable vehicular and pedestrian road network”.
The proposal seeks to create 102 new lots and road on the 11.39ha development site.
